Not Made for This World is a collection of talks, some formal, some informal, given by Father Leonard Feeney at St. Benedict Center in Cambridge in the 1950s. Since Father never foresaw the publishing of the talks, he did not edit them as he did his others (Bread of Life). The Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary Sisters (of St. Ann’s House in Still River, Massachusetts), who published the volume, have edited the talks only for continuity and clarity, thus preserving the spontaneous character of Father’s talks.
