Is
Catholicism merely one religion among many equally as useful or useless as the
rest? Or is it unique, God given, and therefore indispensable for a person's
salvation. Surely the absolute necessity of membership in the one true Church
founded by Jesus Christ is not an issue of secondary importance. It is a matter
of life and death, of heaven and hell. For this reason alone, Gate of Heaven is
a work which should be read by everyone.
